Accounting Department moving to 3465 Durocher Street
Over the course of the next few weeks, the Accounting Department will be moving to the following address:

This will be for all areas of Accounting, with the exception of:
Student Accounts, James Administration Building, Room 301
Facilities Accounting, 4th floor, Ferrier Building.
The moving dates and units affected are as follows:
- Friday, March 23, to Monday, March 26: Research and Restricted Funds
- Friday, March 30, to Monday, April 2: General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Travel, Banking and PCard
- Friday, April 13, to Monday, April 16: Office of the Controller, Budget & Control, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Infrastructure & Reporting Services, Financial Reporting & Endowments and Internal & Institutional Controls
Telephone numbers, fax numbers and e-mail addresses will remain the same.
In terms of move/interruption/resumption of service to the community, details follow:
Research and Restricted Funds
- No service on Friday, March 23, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Service resumes on Monday, March 26, 1:30 p.m.
General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Travel, Banking and PCard
- No service on Friday, March 30, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Service resumes on Monday, April 2, 1:30 p.m.
Office of the Controller, Budget & Control, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Infrastructure & Reporting Services, Financial Reporting & Endowments and Internal & Institutional Controls
- No service on Friday, April 13, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Service resumes on Monday, April 16, 1:30 p.m.
No service will be provided by the respective units on the Friday afternoon and Monday morning of their move due to the disconnection and reconnection process; therefore your patience during this transition period will be appreciated.
