Presentation: renovations at the Macdonald Engineering Complex
You are invited to a presentation to learn about upcoming
infrastructure improvements to the Macdonald Engineering
Complex:
When: 12:30-1:30 on Friday, March 12, 2010
Where: McConnell 204
The project will address infrastructure issues and improve research
and teaching facilities. Renovations will be ongoing until Spring
2011 and progress at an exceptionally rapid pace. We apologize for
this inconvenience.听 Improvements include the following:
鈥⑻� A new central atrium featuring an elevator will facilitate
access to the Workman and Electrical wings.
鈥⑻� Ventilation, electrical and mechanical systems will be
improved.
鈥⑻� Research and teaching labs will be modernized and relocated
to better suit their purpose.
听
This work is funded by contributions from the Governments of
Canada and Qu茅bec through the Knowledge Infrastructure Program
(KIP) which supports infrastructure maintenance and improvement to
post-secondary institutions.
