Professor Tsang named among top real estate researchers
The Real Estate Academic Leadership (REAL) ranking for 2013-2017 has placed Professor Desmond Tsang in the 34th position among the top real estate researchers worldwide. This is the second consecutive year that Professor Tsang has placed on this list.
The REAL rankings, inaugurated in 2015, measure author and institutional contributions to real estate research by referring to the research published in the top three real estate journals: the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Research, and Real Estate Economics. Using these three journals and the publications found therein from 2013 to 2017, the authors and institutions were ranked against one another to measure intellectual real estate contributions.
