Current research:

My research focuses on the intersection of digital innovation, emerging technologies, and entrepreneurs from underrepresented or marginalized communities. I explore the impact of emerging technologies on these communities, investigating both opportunities and challenges. Specifically, I aim to understand how entrepreneurs belonging to marginalized communities navigate technological biases to drive positive societal impact.

Additionally, my research delves into women in entrepreneurship, intending to advance Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) objectives. A central aspect of my work involves studying the strategic use of emerging technologies within these entrepreneur groups, aiming to uncover insights into innovation dynamics and the transformative role of technology. Through my research, I examine the potential of digital innovation while addressing ethical considerations and biases relevant to marginalized communities.
