New Finance Service Desk Portal

Dear Colleagues,

Effective today, the Finance Help Desk is happy to introduce the New .

Instead of sending requests to FIS Help and AP Info via email, the Portal will provide you with the ability to:

  • Submit tickets for any Finance-related questions;
  • Track the status鈥痮f your request;
  • Attach supporting documentation as needed;
  • Send follow-up messages.

Steps to access the Portal:

  1. with your 海角社区 username and password
  2. Pick a category for your request
  3. Select a more specific topic from the list
  1. Create a ticket.
