Who can have new opportunities recognized on the CCR?Ìý
All º£½ÇÉçÇø faculty and staff who organize eligible co-curricular involvement opportunities can have them recognized on the co-curricular record (CCR).
How staff can add new opportunities to the CCR
- Check to see if your opportunity meets the eligibility guidelines. If yes, then continue to step 2. If not, please contact us at myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca for more information.
- Select the opportunity type that is best applicable to you:
Volunteer Recognition
CCR Sections:ÌýAll volunteer opportunities that have been submitted by a staff member will appear under theÌýCampus & Community EngagementÌýsection of the CCR.

Step 1 Approval Process
Before a volunteer opportunity can be recognized on the CCR, a staff member must complete theÌý.
- Note: You must complete one form for every volunteer opportunity that you would like to have recognized on the CCR.
- Note: You can consult our Sample CCR Descriptions for Staff-Administered Volunteer Opportunities for step-by-step instructions (with examples) on how to develop a CCR Description for your volunteer opportunity.
Step 2 Tracking and Submission:Ìý
You must submit the list of volunteers to us by completingÌýthe .

- Note 1: Lists must contain either student ID numbers or @mail.mcgill.ca email addresses. We do not accept non-º£½ÇÉçÇø email addresses.Ìý

Workshop/Event Recognition

There are two methods for submitting the list of workshop/event attendees to us for CCR recognition.
Option 1: Uploading the event attendance into myInvolvement
- Note: You can only upload event attendance into myInvolvement if you or another staff member have created an event for it in myInvolvement. If you haven’t,Ìýskip to option #2.ÌýIf you’re unsure, please contact myinvolvement [at] mcgill.ca

Enriched Educational Opportunities (EEOs)
What are EEOs? Enriched educational opportunities (EEOs) are experiential learning opportunities that have been vetted by º£½ÇÉçÇø Faculties to assure that the learning outcomes are of significant value for students.
