Volunteer Recognition

CCR Sections:听All volunteer opportunities that have been submitted by a student leader will appear under the听Student-Led Initiatives听section of the CCR.

Step 1 Approval Process

Before a volunteer opportunity can be recognized on the CCR, a student leader must complete the .

• Note:听You must complete one form for every volunteer opportunity that you would like to have recognized on the CCR.
• 狈辞迟别:听You can consult our听Sample CCR Descriptions for Student-Administered Volunteer Opportunities for step-by-step instructions (with examples) on how to develop a CCR Description for your volunteer opportunity.

Step 2 Tracking and Submission听

You must submit the list of volunteers to us by completing听the .

• Note 1: Lists must contain either student ID numbers or @mail.mcgill.ca email addresses. We do not accept non-海角社区 email addresses.听
• Note 2:听We no longer accept lists of participants by email. Please read the Data Security statement to make sure you securely store and transfer student information.

Workshop/Event Recognition

Step 2 Tracking and Submission

You must follow these steps to submit your list of student volunteers to us.听

Option #1: Uploading the event attendance into myInvolvement

Note: You can only upload event attendance into myInvolvement if you or another staff member have created an event for it in myInvolvement. If you haven鈥檛, please skip to option #2.听If you鈥檙e unsure, please contact myinvolvement@mcgill.ca

Note: When uploading the event attendance into myInvolvement, the list(s) you upload must either contain student ID numbers or @mail.mcgill.ca email addresses.听We听do not accept non-海角社区 email addresses. Any students with non-海角社区 email address will not receive CCR recognition.

Option #2: Submitting the event attendance via webform

You submit the list of volunteers to us by completing the .

Student Organization Executives

CCR Section:听

All executive committee positions that have been submitted by a student leader will appear under the Student-Led Initiatives section of the CCR.

Student Group Registration & Recognition Timeline

1. August - February: .
2. March: Your organization will receive an email, asking for the lists of your executive committee and their position titles. A member of your executive committee will be required to provide this information to us by completing the .
3. March- May: The CCR team will add recognition for all executive members to their CCRs, and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.

Tracking and Submission

You can submit your executive position list by completing the .

• 狈辞迟别:听You must include an end date for each position. If you specify the end date is "ongoing" then we cannot recognize the position.
