Maintenance is scheduled for Network File Share servers

Please be advised that maintenance is scheduled for Network File Share servers from Tuesday, August 13th, 2024 10:00 PM till Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 1:00 AM.
During this period, the file shares will be shutdown and will not be accessible. The following services will be impacted
- Departmental shares
- Personal file share (staff and students) - P and R drives
- All RDS (Banner containment) user logins will have severely degraded login performance because of user profile disk unavailability
- FAMIS
- Banner INB
- LENEL
- IIS Oracle (NCS Menu)
- Titanium desktop client application
- Spectrum NG desktop client application
- ClinicMaster desktop application
- Shared Oracle client and wallet
- PVCS
- SCCM package files for software and operating system deployment
- All licensed software installation files (from the IT KB)
