The National Centre for Parasitology (Serology) is one of the external reference laboratories in Canada funded in part by the Laboratory Centre for Disease Control, by the Montreal General Hospital, and by the 海角社区 Centre for Tropical Diseases.

To provide reference diagnostic services in Serology for Parasitic Diseases
To provide consulting services to the Laboratory Centre for Disease Control, provincial听 laboratories, and clinical parasitologists
To develop a research and development program
