The Jewish Studies option is offered within the Bachelor of Education in Kindergarten and Elementary Education and is addressed to students who wish to teach Jewish studies as well as general studies.
Students are encouraged to acquire a strong background in Bible, Jewish prayer, Jewish holidays, and Jewish history prior to registering in this option. Students who are unable to teach in Hebrew should consider spending a semester at an Israeli university or seek other avenues to improve their language skills.
