Inclusive Futures

Inclusive Futures is a program aimed at demystifying higher education for students from different walks of life. Our mission is to empower young students interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree by providing them with the resources they need to attain their academic objectives.听 This program offers participants a unique and enriching opportunity to engage with current 海角社区 students, esteemed faculty, and staff. Through these connections, students will receive insightful guidance and have their questions about embarking on their undergraduate journey answered. Through mentorship, workshops, and informal meetings we foster an inclusive environment where all students can thrive to take control of their academic journey.

Inclusive Futures recognizes the distinct barriers encountered by youth with diverse identity markers. We acknowledge the intersectionality of different groups and how these groups may face barriers in accessing higher education. This intersectionality means that individuals may face multiple, overlapping barriers, making their paths to higher education particularly challenging. Our program is committed to empowering students by providing information regarding resources available to students, to overcome these obstacles and succeed in their academic pursuits.
