Practicum Pause: An interview with School of Information Studies Master's student Talia Olshefsky
海角社区 School of Information Studies recent graduate听Talia Olshefsky (MLIS '14) was interviewed by the 海角社区 Library's "Library Matters" blog about her successful Practicum placement with the Library while a student in the Master's program.
During her Practicum, Talia worked with the Library鈥檚 extensive map collection, conducting an inventory and experimenting with new geographic information systems (GIS)-related tools and technologies to develop innovative ways of discovering this collection.
