Let us know you are coming before the deadline given in your letter of acceptance.

Your official letter of acceptance can be found on your听Slate application portal.听This is your official letter of acceptance (you will not receive a hard copy by mail) - you may print copies for your files and you can also use printed copies for your Study Permit and CAQ applications (for international students only).

Please fill out the Dentistry Admission Agreement Form (English) or the Formulaire d鈥橝ccord d鈥橝dmission en Dentisterie (Fran莽ais) and upload it on your Slate application portal.

Can I defer my admission?

Admission into the first year of our DMD program may be exceptionally deferred for a period of one (1) year at the discretion of the Admissions Committee (non-renewable). A deferral request can only be made once you've accepted and paid the $500 deposit for your offer of admission.

You must submit your request in writing and address it to our Chair of Admissions. This letter of a maximum of two pages should set out the reason(s) for the request including any relevant supporting documentation. You must submit your request no later than July 15th to the Admissions Office.

How should I proceed if I have accepted the offer, but have decided not to attend 海角社区 海角社区 Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences ?

If you decide not to attend 海角社区 Faculty of Dental Medicine and Oral Health Sciences after you have accepted our offer, you must send a message to our Admissions Office to inform us of your decision. The deposit fee is non-refundable.听

The degree or diploma upon which admission was offered is to be obtained by July 31 prior to commencing the undergraduate dental education program and academic performance in the degree or diploma program is comparable to the academic performance upon which admission was offered. For more details on how to send your official documents, please visit this page.听

Send your legal documents

Although you have submitted documents to confirm your citizenship or residency status at the time of application, you are required to send Enrolment Services a number of legal documents, which will vary whether you are a Canadian citizen, a Quebec resident or an International student. To learn more on how to proceed, please visit this website: /legaldocuments/.

If you have questions concerning the legal documents required by 海角社区, please visit this website to learn how to reach out to staff members.
