Academic Advising

Advising is offered in 15-minute virtual and in-person* appointments that may be booked up to one week (seven calendar days) in advance. Same-day appointments may be booked at the latest, two hours in advance. For instructions on booking your appointment, see Advising Hours (read me first) below.Ìý

To book your MS Teams appointment, select your Advisor’s name (on the left). Your Advisor's name appears on your unofficial transcript in Minerva. You must use your º£½ÇÉçÇø email in order to receive a confirmation and MS Teams link to your appointment.

The best way to join in your meeting is to download Teams to your computer or phone and go to the Teams calendar to start the meeting. In advance of your meeting, test your access to avoid using up your meeting time minutes.
