Inclusive Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
The Teamwork Program is an innovative program within E-IDEA (Engineering Inclusivity, Diversity, and Equity Advancement). We partner with instructors in the Faculty of Engineering to develop specialized workshops aimed at teaching teamwork skills and building applicable knowledge around equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Our approach supports instructors in reimagining their pedagogy to improve student teams鈥� abilities to work together in more effective, equitable, and engaging ways.
