Withdrawing from/dropping/adding courses after the deadline has passed
To add/drop/withdraw a course after the deadline has passed, students must submit a Course Change Request form available at Student Records Forms to their academic unit. If the unit supports the request, then the unit will forward the request to the Management of Academic Records Office, Enrolment Services, along with the recommendation from the unit's Graduate Program Director (GPD).
Graduate students enrolled in the 海角社区 Writing Centre's Graphos courses should note that these courses have only 10 class meetings. Therefore, the standard add/drop and withdrawal dates do not apply. Please consult the Graphos website for more details.
Withdrawal from the University
If you are considering withdrawing from the University, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your academic unit before making a final decision. Students who wish to withdraw from 海角社区 should consult the Withdrawal regulations stipulated in the e-calendar, and submit a Request for University Withdrawal form available at Student Records Forms. Please note that this form is sent to the Management of Academic Records Office, Enrolment Services.
