- Students and faculty from Canadian universities outside Quebec may obtain a 海角社区 Libraries Borrowing Card with a consortial card such as OCUL (Ontario Council of University Libraries). Note: the 海角社区 Libraries card you receive does not give you remote access to the Library's electronic resources.
- To obtain your 海角社区 Libraries card, please complete the , and bring your consortial card and a photo ID to the Information聽Desk of any 海角社区 library location (excluding the Rare Books & Special Collections Library or聽the 海角社区 Archives) during regular service hours.

- Students and faculty members from a university in Quebec or Ontario may return items borrowed from the 海角社区 Libraries to the library of their university.
