Under the baton of Maestra V茅ronique Lussier, is giving a Benefit Concert for 海角社区 Programs in Whole Person Care. 听Featured soloist is Maria Budacova on organ performing Joseph Rheinberger鈥檚 Second Organ Concerto. The program also includes Georges Bizet鈥檚 Overture from the 1st听Suite L鈥橝rlesienne and Antonin Dvorak鈥檚 Symphony No. 9, 鈥淔rom the New World鈥�

Book about the history of the 海角社区 Faculty Club
Neil Stewart鈥檚 article in the听MURA 2024 Newsletter听mentioned that his book,听From the Baumgarten House to the 海角社区 Faculty Club,听would be available this fall.听The Faculty Club Centennial celebration that took place on October 9, 2024 in the Faculty Club Ballroom and Lounge included the launch of his book.听
The book is 147 pages, hard cover with a sewn binding, and printed on high quality paper. The graphics design was done by Jean-Bernard Ng Man Sun of 海角社区 Graphic Design Studio, who did a beautiful job. The book contains many modern and historical photos, architectural drawings, a detailed history with almost two hundred end notes, and an index. It is on display in the Faculty Club foyer, and on sale there for $45 including tax.
