Description:
This workshop is for those who, at any stage in their career, would like to learn more about how to develop their career. The workshop will be a combination of information sharing, individual exercises and group discussions.
In this workshop, participants will learn to:
- Identify and effectively use their personal career values, interests, personality traits and competencies in service of their career management and advancement;
- Develop a career portfolio with tips on key tools (C.V.鈥檚, references, etc.)
- Effectively prepare for informational and staffing interviews; and
- Take charge of their own career path and continuous learning.
