Timeline for Receiving your Teaching Certificate:
The ISA Office can only submit applications to the Ministry of Education once your official transcript states "Degree Granted". Once applications are sent, the Ministry will begin their review process which includes, among other things, forwarding your judicial record (d茅claration relative aux ant茅c茅dents judiciaires) to the S没ret茅 du Qu茅bec for their review and verification. Once all reviews and verifications are complete by all parties, the Ministry will produced and send your teaching certificate directly to you (via the address indicated on your application). This process is lengthy and may take upwards of 6-8 months. The ISA Office is unable to provide status updates after the applications have been sent to the Ministry. Failure to submit all documents to the ISA Office by the end of the submission period will result in a delay in the processing of your teaching certificate.
