If you are interested in pursuing a B.A.(Education) and you have previously completed undergraduate courses/degree, you may qualify for some advance standing; however, transfer credits will only be assessed once you successfully transfer. Once finalized, you will receive a cumulative record outlining which courses have been accepted for transfer/equivalency and which courses you will need to take to complete your program. Foundation Year Information

Students admitted from high school who receive less than 24 credits of advanced standing will be required to complete a maximum of 30 credits toward their Foundation Year (U0) before beginning Year 1 of their program.

After completing 30 credits of courses in your Foundation (U0) year, you will start following the Year 1 course plan for your degree.

International Student Information

International Students in the B.A.(Education) programs in addition to the CAQ and Study Permit, may be required to obtain a Co-op/Internship Work Permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada as a requirement for the mandatory Internship. Honours Profile

High-achieving students in the听B.Sc. Kinesiology (Major)听program with a keen interest in research and who are considering graduate studies have the opportunity to transfer to the B.Sc. Kinesiology Honours program. Students in the Honours program pursue more advanced coursework resulting in a research project in their final year of study. To pursue this Honours program, students who are completing their U2 year of studies in the听B.Sc. Kinesiology (Major)听must secure an听Honours Research Project Supervisor听and must consult with their听advising.kpe [at] mcgill.ca (KPE Student Advisor)听to affect an intra-Faculty transfer to the B.Sc. Kinesiology Honours program.

Access Minerva to verify your Classification for registration, your program details, and your registration time ticket by going to: Student Menu>Registration Menu>Step 1: Check Your Registration Eligibility and Verify Your Curriculum. Your registration time ticket should correspond to one of the dates in the table on the WHEN to Register page.
