Faculty Development Annual Series

The Family Medicine Faculty Development Team, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Faculty Development office, FMER (Family Medicine Educational Research, PRAM and the Research Teams from the Department of Family Medicine, is proud to offer the following accredited activities over the course of September 2024 to September 2025. These activities are chosen in line with the needs of faculty members. This collection of activities is intended to help faculty members improve their teaching, research and administrative skills.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Upon completion of the annual series, participants should be able to:

  • Identify opportunities to develop in their academic and research roles
  • Evaluate areas for improvement regarding fundamental teaching skills (through innovative microlearning activities)
  • Describe examples where clinicians and researchers can better collaborate with one another in the department.
