We invite prospective graduate students interested in human rights or legal pluralism to apply for an O'Brien Fellowship. This Fellowship Program is an entrance scholarship. Applicants for this scholarship must also simultaneously submit an application for admission to one of our graduate programs by the stipulated deadline. Students who are currently enrolled in the LLM or DCL program at 海角社区 are not eligible.
