This conference will feature a full day of staff development sessions for 海角社区 managers to engage, learn, and dialogue in addition to networking with their peers.
As in previous years, your conference registration fee ($75) will include access to the sessions as well as a light breakfast, lunch, refreshments and a networking cocktail following the event.

Note: Afternoon sessions: There will be听six separate concurrent sessions in the afternoon,听presented over the two afternoon time slots. This will enable everyone to attend two of听the six听sessions. In order to ensure available space in each session, appropriate distribution will be accommodated by pre-selection of sessions. You may preselect on the registration form (preferable) or sign up for remaining available seats at the welcome table the morning of the conference.

Managers who attend this workshop will obtain a better understanding of what diversity and inclusion mean and how to adapt recognition and appreciation to a diverse workforce.

Recognition Through Different Age Groups 鈥 Karl Moore
Based on his forthcoming book,听Leading, Managing,听Working With Millennials They Want To be Worked With,听Karl will look at the Millennial Generation and give six key ideas on how work with under 35s more effectively.
We all get the theory, but doing it is another story altogether. This workshop will take a practical approach to incorporating recognition into you every day work life. During the session, participants will explore effective ideas for identifying recognition opportunities, seizing those opportunities, and turning them into memorable and meaningful recognition events.听
