Wainwright Fellowships are intended to to promote research in civil law at the Faculty of Law of 海角社区. In addition to the classical civil law concepts such as contractual or extra-contractual obligations, the civil law is understood here in a broad sense and includes, in particular, commercial law, the labour law, maritime law, private judicial law, private international law and the law of the sea, comparative law, so long as the civil law is a substantial element of it.
